Ron was my younger brother and he was taken by cancer recently at the age of 54. There was about a four year difference between myself and him. I was not able to attend his memorial service but did put together a memorial video.
Just months ago, he befriended a Pastor in a Baptist church in Kentucky where he was starting a new coupon magazine. In the first month's run of that magazine, Ron had included (for free) information from that pastor and that church and it had a pretty big impact. I asked Pastor Jeff Harris if he might have a comment or two that I could include in Ron's memorial and he was happy to provide a 26 minute sermon based on what Ron did.
Advance warning: it's totally politically incorrect and he doesn't step on toes, he jumps up and down on them. He talks about what Ronnie did and he also talks about heaven and hell. I would have tuned this message out but in 1971 or 1972 (memory's gone), I had an experience where I ended up on a hospital guerny dying from a drug overdose. As my life was slipping out of my body I got a glimpse of what awaited my last heartbeat. Based upon that, I strongly encourage you to listen to this Pastor's message because hell is a real place.
